Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to have a positive experience. If you encounter a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or download error), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will either:

• Provide a working replacement file, or

• Offer an alternative solution at no extra charge

 

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of compatibility with your software or devices (please check product requirements before purchasing)
